Vladimir Stepanenko deserves the status of one of the best cooks of South Russia. His professional experience is rich and diverse - he mastered the secrets of European, Caucasian, Russian, Japanese, pan-Asian cuisine. Numerous internships in Germany, Spain, Turkey, Asian and other countries have honed his skills. It is proved by wins in Russian and international culinary competitions. He also studied and worked in ARZAC restaurant (three times holder of Michelin's star, San Sebastian, Spain) and hereby enriched his own culinary experience with secrets from world's best chefs.

Chef barmen

Dmitiry Sleptsov is not a simple chef barmen of CHO CHO restaurant. The one responsible for beverages is responsible for visitors' mood as well - he deserved his universal acceptance by his special "things", vivid cocktails presentaions and brilliant skills of making original mixes. Dmitriy has graduated from St.Petersburg's Barmen Association, Moscow MARTINI BARMEN SCHOOL Academy. He is the runner-up and the winner of many competitions actively following all the novelties in bar industry and making them within his best and creative performance
